If you have downloaded the file to your Desktop, you can continue to the next step, otherwise return to the directory where you downloaded the file. Double-click on the “ViavoiceUpdate.pk.zip” file.

It will automatically decompress, creating an Installer package named “ViaVoice(10.2.2)Update.pkg”. Double-click the “ViaVoice(10.2.2)Update.pkg”. Double-click the “ViaVoice” package icon to launch the installer. Click Continue to go through the installation of the update. Please save the “ViaVoiceUpdate.pk.zip” file in case you need to reinstall ViaVoice for Mac OS X.
